Easy Automatic Gates is a growing Sydney-based company specialising in the design, fabrication, manufacturing and installation of high-quality aluminium gates, fencing and automatic gate systems.

We work on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects, delivering custom-made gates and fencing solutions.

We are currently looking for a skilled, reliable and motivated Welder & Gate Installer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate, weld and assemble aluminium gates, fencing panels, posts and frames.
- Perform MIG welding, particularly aluminium fabrication.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements and fabrication specifications.
- Cut, grind, drill and prepare materials for fabrication and installation.
- Manufacture sliding gates, swing gates, pedestrian gates, bi-fold gates and custom fencing.
- Install gates, fencing panels, posts, hinges, tracks, rollers and other hardware at residential and commercial sites.
- Carry out site measurements and ensure accurate alignment, levelling and installation.
- Assist with the installation of automatic gate systems and associated hardware where required.
- Identify and resolve fabrication and installation issues on-site.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and quality control.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team, installers and project coordinators.
- Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, safe working environment.

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in welding, metal fabrication and gate or fencing installation.
- Strong MIG welding skills; and experience is highly regarded.
- Experience working with aluminium.




- Ability to read fabrication drawings and work accurately with measurements.
- Experience using welding machines, grinders, drills, cutting equipment and other workshop tools.
- Good understanding of gate frames, hinges, posts, tracks and installation methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in both workshop and in office environments.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
- White Card preferred or willingness to obtain one.
