Integrated Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Apply Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles across complex engineering and sustainment projects.
- Conduct supportability analysis and contribute to Life Cycle Support Analysis (LSA) activities.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Product Support (IPS) documentation, plans and deliverables.
- Support the development of logistics support strategies, including maintenance planning, technical documentation, spares provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with engineering,



project delivery and maintenance teams to ensure equipment and systems remain operational and supportable throughout their lifecycle.
- Assist with identifying and managing supportability risks, logistics requirements and sustainment dependencies.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, technical data and support documentation.
- Apply relevant industry standards, logistics frameworks and established asset management processes.
- Experience with logistics management systems, such as MILIS, and complex sustainment environments is highly desirable.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist or Practitioner.
- Strong knowledge of supportability analysis, Life Cycle Support Analysis (LSA) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) frameworks.
- Experience in equipment sustainment, maintenance support and lifecycle logistics management.
- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and logistics teams.
- Familiarity with logistics information management systems and established logistics processes is desirable.
