Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement interior design concepts across residential and commercial projects
- Lead design presentations and client communications
- Coordinate and manage project documentation through design development to delivery
- Produce drawings and visuals using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained
- Apply sustainable design practices and industry best standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in interior design
- Robust portfolio demonstrating design capability and documentation skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Adobe Suite, and rendering software (Twinmotion preferred)
- Excellent communication, client liaison, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
