4. Work across a variety of therapeutic areas and phases of clinical development
5. Receive the ICH GCP training and local ethics and regulatory training
6. Extensive networking opportunities within the industry.
7. Advance into a full time Monitoring CRA role after a successful duration

What skills are required?

1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Medical science or Pharmacy
2. Experience in a clinical research position at hospitals/ Clinical Trial Units
3. Fluency in English and excellent verbal/written communication skills
4. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
5. Time management and planning skills are essential for the role.
6. Able to build effective working relationships with sites and co-workers.
7. Able to work at least 2-3 days per week.
