About Vitalis Health

Vitalis Health is a growing healthcare organisation providing person-centred clinical and support services in people’s homes, including Hospital in the Home (HITH), complex clinical nursing, disability support, aged care and palliative care.

The Opportunity

Joining our People & Culture team and working closely with the HR Business Partner, clinical leaders and operational teams, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across our expanding services. Your focus will include Registered Nurses, Allied Health professionals, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and Disability Support Workers. This is an opportunity to take ownership of recruitment activity while contributing to longer-term workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job advertising and proactive sourcing to interviews, reference checks and onboarding coordination.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines through SEEK, LinkedIn, social media and other relevant recruitment channels.

- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to understand workforce needs, anticipate vacancies and prioritise recruitment activity.

- Coordinate candidate assessments and pre-employment compliance checks, maintaining accurate and confidential recruitment records.

- Contribute to targeted recruitment campaigns, graduate nurse programs and workforce growth initiatives.

- Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience and monitor recruitment activity,



vacancies and time-to-hire.

About You

- You are an organised and resourceful recruitment professional who combines initiative with sound judgement and a genuine interest in people.

- Experience in internal or agency recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.

- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and candidate relationship-management skills.

- Confidence in proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and accountability for recruitment outcomes.

- Experience recruiting in healthcare, nursing, aged care or disability support will be highly regarded.
