With offices across several countries and a growing international workforce, they're looking for a creative and organised Internal Communications & Events Advisor to help connect their people around the world.

About the role

Reporting to the Global Internal Communications & Events Team Leader, you'll be the go-to expert for internal communications across the global business. You'll shape how people across many countries and time zones stay informed, engaged and connected. You'll:

- Manage and grow the company intranet, keeping the community active and engaged
- Create and design communication collateral, including the monthly newsletter
- Produce and run webinars on Webex Events
- Support the delivery of company events, culture programs and wellbeing initiatives
- Measure campaign performance and use the results to keep improving




- Work with external partners such as platform providers, designers and videographers

About you

- 3+ years' experience in internal communications, marketing, events or media
- Design and content skills, ideally with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with EDM platforms such as Mailchimp, and with video conferencing or webinar tools (Webex preferred)
- Solid writing, proofreading and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders and giving advice at all levels
