/n CUSTOMER SERVICE / INTERNAL SALES | DERRIMUT, VIC /n Join a growing national business in a varied role combining customer service, administration and outbound sales. /n Cyklop Australia is a leading national supplier of industrial packaging consumables, supporting commercial and industrial distributors across Australia with high-quality strapping, steel and tape products. /n We are looking for a motivated Customer Service / Internal Sales professional to join our close-knit team in Derrimut. This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with no weekend work and on-site parking available. /n About the Role /n You will play a key role across customer service, administration and outbound sales. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n • Processing and releasing customer invoices across our three national warehouses

/n • Completing accurate data entry using Pronto ERP

/n • Making outbound calls to targeted industrial and commercial businesses

/n • Introducing customers to our range of strapping, steel and tape products

/n • Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team

/n • Responding to inbound customer calls and emails

/n • Maintaining call lists, sales activity and customer records

/n • Supporting the wider team with general administration /n About You /n To be successful in this role, you will bring: /n • Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role

/n • Confidence and resilience when making outbound calls and handling rejection

/n • A professional and confident telephone manner





/n • Strong communication and organisational skills

/n • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

/n • The ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining accuracy

/n • Positive computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

/n • Experience with Pronto ERP or a similar system will be highly regarded

/n • Experience in packaging, industrial or distribution environments will be advantageous
