Siebtechnik Tema is currently seeking a motivated and technically minded Internal Sales Engineer to join our team at our Revesby head office. We specialise in high-performance equipment including centrifuges, vibrating machines, and water treatment solutions, servicing industries across mining, chemical, and environmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities

? Technical Support & Sales Assistance

- Provide expert technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals
- Support the external sales team with product information and documentation
- Develop clear, technically sound sales proposals

? Customer Relationship Management

- Understand and assess customer needs and requirements
- Respond to technical inquiries and manage customer interactions




- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

? Sales Strategy & Product Development

- Contribute to sales strategy development and implementation
- Assist in analysing market trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to product development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- A background in engineering or technical sales (mechanical/process preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A self-starter who thrives in a team-focused environment
