We're inviting applications from PICA Group employees interested in a 12-month secondment as Deputy Branch Manager with QBS Strata Management in Upper Coomera, QLD. What you'll be doing:

Working closely with Alex Malanciou, the Senior Branch Manager, you'll:

- Lead daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Coach, support and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
- Resolve complex customer matters and strengthen customer relationships.
- Support financial performance, customer retention and business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with strata legislation and company procedures.

What we're looking for:





- Robust strata management experience and industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated people leadership, coaching or team management experience.
- Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to our PICA values.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on branch leadership experience, build new capabilities and broaden your career experience within PICA Group, while contributing to the business over a defined 12-month period.
