Endeavour Group is seeking a proactive Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to drive a holistic safety culture across NSW and ACT stores and venues. You will embed safety insights, champion wellbeing initiatives, and partner with retail and hospitality teams to prevent incidents and ensure statutory compliance.

Reporting to the Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing, you will travel across sites to coach teams, conduct inspections, lead investigations, and support continuous improvement across Endeavour
