As Owners Corporation Manager or Senior Owners Corporation Manager , you will take end-to-end accountability for a flagship portfolio of Tier 1 or Tier 2 buildings (approximately 800-1,500 total lots depending on experience), delivering standard-setting service to committees and developers. Rather than managing a high-volume, fragmented list of smaller properties, your focus will be dedicated entirely to a handful of substantial, highly complex communities. You will manage a highly focused portfolio, engaging directly with sophisticated owners, committees, and key stakeholders across some of Melbourne's premier residential and mixed-use developments. This strategic position plays a key role in the business's continued growth.

Key responsibilities

Build robust, trust-based relationships with committee members, contractors, developers, and residents

Oversee financial management, including budget preparation, levy setting, and financial reporting

Chair and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings with confidence and composure

Coordinate facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, defect management, and capital works projects





Work seamlessly alongside internal support teams (accounts, compliance, and administration) to ensure streamlined operations

Provide expert legislative guidance and proactive problem-solving to committee members

About you

Proven experience managing large-scale, high-end, or high-complexity Owners Corporations

Deep understanding of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (VIC) and associated regulations

Exceptional written and verbal communication, with top-tier negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

Confident chairing high-stakes meetings and navigating multi-stakeholder discussions

Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-driven with high attention to detail

Passionate about providing superior service while supporting wider company growth
