At TVH, our service teams are delivering work across Australia every day. Behind that activity is a busy invoicing function ensuring completed jobs are accurately billed, accounted for and closed out.

We’re looking for an Invoicing & Billing Officer to join our Chipping Norton team. You’ll be the person who connects the detail, works through discrepancies and keeps invoicing moving across our national customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage completed work orders through to invoicing and close-out.
- Review service documentation to ensure jobs are complete and ready for billing.
- Prepare and process customer invoices across a high-volume national service environment.
- Maintain customer portals, uploading invoices, service reports and supporting documentation.
- Work with operational teams to resolve outstanding job information and billing discrepancies.
- Process supplier invoices and support month-end billing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and visibility of outstanding work orders and invoicing status.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of getting the detail right,



can manage a busy workload and knows when to follow up to get an outcome.
- Experience in invoicing, billing, service administration or a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence communicating with internal teams and external customers.
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
- Experience with customer portals or job management systems will be highly regarded.
