TVH is looking for an Invoicing & Billing Officer to join our Chipping Norton team, supporting the billing and administration of service work delivered across our national customer base.

Working in a high-volume service environment, you'll manage the detail behind completed jobs, from reviewing work orders and supporting documentation through to invoicing and final close-out.

It's a role that calls for accuracy, good judgement and the ability to work across competing priorities. You'll work closely with our operational teams to resolve outstanding information, keep billing on track and ensure completed work progresses without unnecessary delays.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage completed work orders through to invoicing and close-out.
- Review service documentation to ensure jobs are complete and ready for billing.
- Prepare and process customer invoices across a high-volume national service workplace.
- Maintain customer portals, uploading invoices, service reports and supporting documentation.
- Work with operational teams to resolve outstanding job information and billing discrepancies.
- Process supplier invoices and support month-end billing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and visibility of outstanding work orders and invoicing status.





What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who understands the importance of getting the detail right, can manage a busy workload and knows when to follow up to get an outcome.
- Experience in invoicing, billing, service administration or a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence communicating with internal teams and external customers.
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
- Experience with customer portals or job management systems will be highly regarded.
