At Pearce IP, we are at an exciting stage of our evolution and with several significant new patent litigation matters starting, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced IP litigators of all levels to join our team in Australia. We are open to considering candidates from 2 years PQE through to leader level. Candidates for senior roles must have experience in patent litigation as well as knowledge and understanding of the life sciences sector.
About You and these Roles
You are an energetic and capable IP litigator looking to join a team that combines technical knowledge with robust advocacy, strategic thinking and commercial judgment to deliver exceptional outcomes for innovative life sciences companies. From time to time, we also take on general commercial litigation matters and IP litigation for clients in other sectors.
