About the role

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing irrigation and pump systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.

Key responsibilities

- Diagnosing and repairing irrigation and pump system faults
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining irrigation equipment
- Providing technical advice and customer support
- Completing job reports, paperwork, and material requirements
- Planning and coordinating field service work
- Supporting customers both on-site and in-store

About you

- 2–3 years' experience in pump repairs and irrigation installation
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and pump equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A current Class C driver licence
- A strong customer service focus
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Flexibility to work occasional weekend roster requirements
- Willingness to travel for training and work when required
