About Techli

Techli is a Brisbane MSP. We book the jobs, and communicate with the client. You turn up, fix the problem, and leave clear notes.

The prospect

- Onsite IT support allocated against your availability and preferred suburbs (Brisbane Northside only at the moment)
- Mix of residential and small-business jobs
- We handle booking and admin; you own the onsite outcome
- Casual contractor — 50% of labour fees on completed jobs (paid after completion)
- Extra commission on antivirus sales and installs made on your jobs

What you’ll do

- Diagnose and fix PCs, laptops, Wi‑Fi, printers, email, backups, and basic networking
- Set up and support everyday devices for non-technical clients
- Arrive on time, communicate clearly, leave the client confident
- Record time on site, work done, and parts used
- You invoice and take payment on site via our service application

About you

- Hands-on support experience in homes or offices




- Clear communicator and patience is essential
- Own reliable vehicle and full licence
- Own basic toolkit and troubleshooting gear
- ABN (or willing to get one) and able to invoice Techli
- Current public liability insurance (or willing to obtain)
- Willing to complete a nationally coordinated criminal history (police) check
- Available for weekday and weekend daytime jobs across Brisbane Northside

Nice to have

- Windows-strong generalist; Mac a plus
- Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook)
- Antivirus familiarity
- Prior MSP or field-tech work
