Your new role /n As an IT Systems Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users across the business, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software and business applications. While user support will form a core part of the role, you will also gain exposure to ERP systems, reporting and broader business processes, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand beyond a traditional support position. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n - Providing Level 1/2 support across hardware, software and business applications.

- Supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
/n
- Managing user onboarding, offboarding and device provisioning.
/n
- Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
/n
- Assisting with ERP and business system support.
/n
- Supporting internal stakeholders with system-related issues and process improvements.
/n
- Contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /n /n
What you'll need to succeed /n
/n /n
- Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
/n
- Exposure to Active Directory and user administration.
/n
- Experience or exposure to working with an ERP system.
/n
- Basic SQL knowledge or exposure to databases and reporting.
/n
- Completed tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
/n
- Ability to work full-time on-site near Alexandria.
