Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Technical Specialist to join our team in Hawthorn East, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our staff. Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure,



including servers, networks, and workstations.

- Assist in the implementation of recent technologies and upgrades.

- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.

- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve IT processes.

- Document technical procedures and user guides for staff.

- Train staff on new systems and software applications.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
