As an Uber Field Sales Representative, you are the face of Uber to our local communities bringing the brand to life on-the-ground! Your mission is to grow our driver-partner network by leading local initiatives, generating leads, and qualifying prospects to join the platform.

Do you love exploring new parts of your region? This is a dynamic, travel-driven role where you will visit different markets, build genuine relationships, and create a strong local presence wherever you go. A valid driver’s license is essential as you’ll be on the road building momentum across multiple markets!

Role: Field Sales Rep - Driver Acquisition

Location: Adelaide - you'll be on the road 80% of the time

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full time, variable hours (weekends included)

Rate: $40p/h plus super + bonus

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Generate Buzz & Leads: Get out into the community and spark conversation! Connect with potential driver-partners at high-traffic hubs, run pop-ups, and build local awareness of the opportunity to earn with Uber

Qualify Prospects: Have meaningful chats to make sure drivers meet basic requirements and are genuinely interested in getting started.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, especially cold outreach is a plus.

Self-Starter: You’re motivated, proactive, and love chasing results. You don’t wait for direction — you create momentum.

People Person: You can spark up conversations anywhere, build instant rapport, and tailor your pitch to what matters most to each person.

Clear Communicator: You simplify complex information and make it easy for others to understand.

Tech-Comfortable: You’re confident using apps, CRM tools, and basic spreadsheets to stay on top of your leads.

What you Need

Availability: Comfortable working occasional weekends to capture high-traffic events

Mobility: A valid driver’s license is ideal as you’ll be on the road building momentum across multiple markets!
