WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Bring ideas to life – meet customers, measure up, take photos and sketch, then turn their vision into detailed design concepts.

Price it right – calculate materials and labour, and work with suppliers and sub-contractors to build accurate quotes.





Win the work – present your designs and pricing, and close the sale with confidence.

See it through – run selection and sign-off appointments, attend check measures and hand over smoothly to production.

Keep customers delighted – stay in touch throughout the project, liaise with trades as needed and make sure every client is 100% happy.

Build strong relationships – with suppliers, sub-contractors and colleagues across the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Design and sales experience, ideally in kitchens and custom cabinetry.

Cabinet Vision and/or CAD skills (highly regarded).

Solid knowledge of joinery materials and how jobs come together.

Great communication and presentation skills – you can connect with all kinds of people and personalities.

A sharp eye for detail and accuracy in your measurements, drawings and quotes.

Strong organisation and time management – you can juggle multiple projects, prioritise independently and hit deadlines.

A “can do” attitude, a sense of urgency and a drive to exceed customer expectations.

A current driver’s licence, and a willingness to complete training (including WHS) as required.
