Role Title: Technical Consultant – Identity & Collaboration

Reports to: Technical Services Delivery Manager - Future Workspace

Location: Melbourne or Sydney (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

Logicalis is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant, primarily specialising in Purview Consulting. Other disciplines of EntraID, Microsoft365 are also desired. Naturally consultants in this space also have skills in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Identity.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about technology and looking for flexibility to manage their schedule around personal commitments. As a casual contractor, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage in diverse projects within our Professional Services project delivery team, offering you exposure to a wide range of technologies and experiences.

The Role:

- Consulting for Microsoft Purview with discovery, design workshops, configuration and enablement delivery.
- Implement Microsoft Identity and Collaboration solutions in project delivery to clients.
- Engage in activities ranging from system upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting across various technologies including EntraID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory and Identity

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver technology solutions by consulting with Logicalis customers, solution architects and project managers to understand their requirements and ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Create and modify technical documentation, assist in solution presentations, and manage project implementations in line with the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Produce user guides,



coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure comprehensive handover to clients.

Technical Skills Requirements:

Strong experience in Microsoft Purview consulting engagements. Ability to speak to customers for education on the solution, conduct technical design workshops, design documentation, implement and transition changes

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365 and the Microsoft ecosystem

Robust knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access and security architecture.

Familiarity with migration methodologies to Microsoft 365, such as Quest, AvePoint, or BitTitan (MigrationWiz).

Experience with implementing cloud and on-premises security best practices, including IAM, MFA, and data protection.
