At World Animal Protection, we move the world to protect animals. We are looking for a Talent Mobility and Acquisition Lead to help create a more skills-based, globally agile organisation.
Working closely with colleagues across our global People function and with hiring managers, you will design and embed practical talent acquisition and internal mobility approaches that help us access the right skills at the right time. You will strengthen recruitment practices, improve internal opportunity and support the movement of talent across roles, teams, projects and locations.
This is a hands-on role requiring systems thinking, solid stakeholder partnership and the ability to turn strategy into practical, scalable processes. Over time, you will build capability and transfer ownership so that the new approaches are sustained across the organisation.
