About the Role

Estia Health Plenty has exciting opportunities for experienced Personal Care Workers (PCA's) to join our team on a Casual basis, working a range of morning and afternoon shifts.

Estia Health Plenty, set in Melbourne’s leafy northern suburbs is located at 321-327 Diamond Creek Road, Plenty, VIC, 3090.

Responsibilities

- Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
- Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
- Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
- Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
- Be a friend to our residents
- Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

Requirements & Competencies

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
