We’re seeking a passionate and commercially minded Buyer to help shape Paddy Pallin’s outdoor gear and apparel range nationwide. This full-time position offers adaptable working arrangements — work remotely from anywhere in Australia, or adopt a hybrid arrangement from our Lidcombe (Sydney) or Melbourne CBD offices.

In this role, you’ll guide seasonal assortment planning, product selection and supplier relationships across hiking, trekking, travel, trail running and climbing categories. You’ll analyse performance and market trends, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and collaborate with our retail, digital and marketing teams to bring sustainable and inspiring product stories to life for our diverse outdoor community.

Location: Remote (Australia-wide) or hybrid from Melbourne CBD or Lidcombe, NSW
