Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Kwinana, WA. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for rotating equipment sales, service, and repair, including planning, scheduling, resourcing, and budget management. The role involves coordinating with customers, OEM partners, and internal technical teams to define project scopes, manage timelines, and ensure secure, high-quality execution. The Project Manager will track project progress, report on milestones, risks, and issues,



and drive continual improvement in processes and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project documentation, managing contracts and variations, supporting site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control.
- Experience in rotating equipment, mechanical engineering, or industrial projects, preferably in sectors such as power generation, oil and gas, or manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or maintenance management systems is beneficial.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards applicable to industrial and site-based work environments.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 and previous experience working with OEMs or complex technical equipment projects is an advantage.
