Optus is seeking an Early Careers Talent Consultant to lead our graduate, internship, cadet and alternative entry programs, guiding participants from onboarding through to program completion. You will partner with leaders and People & Culture to strengthen Optus’ future talent pipeline and help create inclusive pathways for diverse talent.

You will manage multiple cohorts, coordinate inductions, rotations and development workshops, and partner with Talent Acquisition to connect with universities
