Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants living with Indu Living in the Blue Mountains region of Sydney. You will assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and domestic tasks, encourage community participation and social connection, and help participants build independence in a calm, home-like workplace.
This role suits someone with a genuine interest in care work who is empathetic, reliable, comfortable providing personal care and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
