As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions, managing enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love providing exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting customers with phone and email enquiries
- Processing orders, quotes, and backorder requests
- Providing product information and recommending solutions
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Identifying opportunities to support sales and add value
- Working collaboratively to achieve team and customer service goals
- Helping improve processes and finding smarter ways of working

What we're looking for

- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, customer-first mindset
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confidence using computers and multiple systems
- A team player who enjoys working with others

Bonus points if you have experience in industrial, trade, wholesale,



or supply environments.
