About the Role A fantastic opportunity exists for a bright junior with good school marks to train in our customer service / operations team.

Within this role some of the duties you will be responsible for include:

- Validate data on overseas documentation and update software accordingly
- Communicating with clients and service providers.
- Dispatching documentation to clients, customs brokers and our overseas partners
- Lodge SCA to Australian Customs and check status to facilitate delivery
- Arrange cartage

About You This is a junior role within the business. As the successful applicant, as a minimum you will have completed your year 12 HSC or equivalent to a satisfactory standard.

You will have

- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and be looking for an chance to grow with our team

Exposure to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word would be advantageous, though not essential.
