Tamara Hall Properties is seeking a motivated, energetic and proactive Junior Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants hands-on experience, direct mentorship and exposure to every aspect of residential real estate sales.
Unlike larger agencies where junior team members are often limited to administrative tasks, this role offers the opportunity to learn directly from a high-performing Lead Agent and gain real-world experience across marketing, buyer management, property campaigns, inspections and client service.

About the Role
- Assist with preparing properties for market
- Coordinate photography, videography and styling appointments
- Attend open homes and private inspections
- Assist with buyer enquiries and follow-up
- Maintain CRM records and buyer databases
- Prepare marketing materials and property information
- Assist with social media and campaign coordination
- Support day-to-day sales activities and client communication
- Learn how successful property campaigns are managed from start to finish
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers
