LJ Hooker Darwin is an established and recognised real estate agency seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Associate to join our Residential Sales team.

About the role

Working alongside our experienced Residential Sales team, you'll provide essential support across a variety of office-based and external activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across residential real estate, including sales administration, database management, client support and property marketing.

Key responsibilities

- Assist sales agents with client communication, enquiries and follow-ups

- Support agents in maintaining relationships with prospective buyers and sellers

- Assist with coordinating client appointments, property inspections and sales activities

- Maintain and update client and property records within the CRM system

- Assist sales agents with database management and prospecting activities

- Ensure client information, property details and sales activities are accurately recorded

- Assist with preparing sales documentation, reports and marketing materials

- Coordinate appointments, schedules and general sales administration

- Assist with property inspections and open homes

- Conduct letterbox drops and local marketing activities

About you





- Has a genuine interest in real estate and a desire to build a career in residential sales

- Is confident, professional and enjoys working with people

- Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Is proactive, reliable and willing to take initiative

- Is confident using computers and willing to learn new systems

- Can manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team

- Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
