Behind every great event at Adelaide Oval is a team working hard behind the scenes to make it happen. We're looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Casual Kitchen Stewards to join our team and help keep our kitchens operating at their best.

Whether it's an AFL blockbuster, sold-out concert, premium dining experience or corporate function, you'll play an key role in supporting our chefs and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

- Cleaning dishes using manual and commercial dishwashing equipment
- Keeping kitchens, service areas and storage spaces clean and organised
- Supporting chefs and kitchen teams during events and functions
- Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
- Moving, storing and organising equipment throughout the venue
- Managing waste and recycling in line with food safety standards

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand, Steward, Dishwasher or similar




- A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
- The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including nights and event days
