Sue's Burgers and Shakes in Carindaleis on the hunt for a Kitchen Supervisor to work alongside the Management team under our Venue Manager and Kitchen Manager.

Sue's Burgers & Shakes (Yes! The Tik Tok Famous Restaurant) is a modern day nod to the classic American Diner. Featuring 80's inspired modern street art, retro furniture and décor, funky neon lights and bright aesthetics. At Sue's American cuisine reigns supreme!
Sue is looking for a superstar kitchen supervisor who will manage day to day kitchen operations and budgets. The ideal applicant will first and foremost be people orientated! This applicant will bring previous management experience in a similar environment, pride themselves on achieving high quality food and safety standards and lead by example.
Qualifications & experience
- 1 Years' Experience in an American Style Kitchen (Burgers, Pub, Bar kitchen) High volume kitchen is a must!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting with maintaining set budgets in the following areas Wages, Food Cost and Wastage
- Stock Controls: Inventory control, stock rotation and management, Food Preparation and Ordering
- Assisting with Leading and coaching kitchen staff to achieve efficient and high quality food standards and maintaining acceptable wait times
- Assisting with or opening and closing the restaurant
- Following Daily procedures on a daily basis to ensure kitchen standards are met
