We’re looking for reliable and motivated Kitchenhands to join our kitchen team in Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role supporting the kitchen team with dishwashing, basic food preparation, stock maintenance and general kitchen duties. We’re looking for people who are hardworking, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

What you’ll be doing

- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen, wash-up and work areas clean and organised
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen prep
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Maintaining stock levels and keeping storage areas organised
- Rotating and labelling stock appropriately
- Assisting chefs with general kitchen duties
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards




- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods

What we’re looking for
- Previous kitchenhand or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the wider kitchen team
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in hospitality and willingness to learn
