Job Description

Position: Performance Test Engineer

Experience

- Demonstrated expertise in Performance Engineering, with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in Chaos Engineering practices.
- Strong experience in LoadRunner scripting and testing across MQ, APIs, and complex architectures involving multi-cloud and on-premises systems.
- Exposure to Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS/SaaS services such as Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end performance testing engagements.
- Experience in project estimation and resource management.




- Innovative thinking, with exposure to AI capabilities considered an advantage.
- Experience in non-functional requirements gathering and driving
- Experience in Test plan and test closure reports
- Experience in performance tuning and recommendations

Technical Skills

- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Strong scripting capability in Python, Java, or Groovy for test automation.
- Deep understanding of database tuning and distributed computing systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing within them.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace,

Soft Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with flexibility in working hours.
- Experience working in both onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
