Mercure Perth is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Cuccina & Beccarria operations, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service standards. You will support other F&B; services, coach teams, manage rostering, costs and stock while driving profitability across the department.
You will report to the F&B; Manager and work a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays, in a busy Perth CBD hotel setting.
