Position: Warehouse Pick & Packer / Customer Service

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our warehouse operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide order updates.
- Communicate with Korean-speaking customers.
- Assist with inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Perform stock checks and inventory updates.
- Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Fluent Korean speaking is MANDATORY.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Previous warehouse or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Excel,



email and WMS).
- Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on warehouse duties.
- Responsible, organised and a team player.

- Working hours must comply with visa conditions.
