KX Pilates Caddens is opening in November 2026 at Caddens Corner Shopping Centre, and we're looking for passionate, energetic and performance-driven Reformer Pilates Trainers to join our founding team.

About the role

As a KX Pilates Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, dynamic and challenging Reformer Pilates classes while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every client.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering safe, structured and effective KX Reformer Pilates classes
- Providing clear instructions, demonstrations and appropriate corrections
- Offering modifications and progressions to suit different fitness levels and individual needs
- Creating a motivating and inclusive studio setting
- Building genuine relationships with clients and contributing to a strong studio community
- Delivering an exceptional client experience both in and out of the studio
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, energy and presentation
- Continuing to develop your Pilates knowledge and teaching skills

What you'll bring
- An accredited Reformer Pilates qualification
- Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates in a studio environment (minimum 1 year preferred; however, not essential)
- A genuine passion for movement,



fitness and helping clients achieve their goals
- A love for the KX Pilates method and the KX community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energy, reliability and a team-first attitude
- A commitment to creating dynamic, inclusive and inspiring classes
- Availability to teach across a range of times, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Pay: $48.00 – $52.00 per hour
