Tier One Workforce is building a team of reliable, driven people who want more from their work. We have a strong pipeline across commercial construction and infrastructure over the next 6–12 months, and we're looking for people who want to prove themselves, earn good money and grow with us for the long term.

Who This Is For

- Experienced labourers and tradespeople who want to prove themselves, then move onto major EBA and infrastructure projects and earn better money.
- Young workers and school leavers who want to start in construction, get trained up and build a career.
- Workers already in Australia who are based in Sydney or willing to relocate, and who want to work hard and prove themselves. Sponsorship may be available for the right people, including working holiday visa holders who want to stay on and build a longer-term future with us.

- Key responsibilities
- Work on commercial construction and infrastructure projects
- Perform labouring duties across construction sites
- Traffic control duties (for ticketed roles)
- Carpentry and formwork tasks (for qualified tradespeople)

- Concrete work (for concreters)

About you

- White Card (essential, or completed before your start date)
- Valid driver's licence




- Relevant tools and PPE
- Right to work in Australia
- Trade qualification for carpenters and formworkers
- Tickets for ticketed roles: traffic control, confined space, height, EWP, forklift
- One year's construction experience preferred for experienced roles
- Solid work ethic, reliability, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically fit, capable, team-oriented and respectful
