Key responsibilities

- ⁠Deliver high-quality garden and grounds maintenance services across client properties. •⁠ ⁠Mowing, edging, whipper snipping and blowing.

•⁠ ⁠Pruning, hedging, trimming and general garden care.

•⁠ ⁠Weeding, planting,



mulching and seasonal garden maintenance.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain gardens and outdoor areas to a high professional standard.

•⁠ ⁠Use gardening tools, machinery and equipment safely and correctly.

•⁠ ⁠Follow Bloom Maintenance Services’ WHS, environmental and company procedures.

•⁠ ⁠Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members.

•⁠ ⁠Identify and report garden issues, hazards, maintenance requirements or additional work opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain clean, organised vehicles, tools and work areas.

•⁠ ⁠Complete job notes, photos and service reports as required.

•⁠ ⁠Represent Bloom Maintenance Services professionally at all times.

•⁠ ⁠Work independently when required while contributing positively to the wider team.

•⁠ ⁠Take pride in delivering a reliable service and creating gardens that clients are proud of.
