Landscape Gardener roles with Olivers Lawn and Landscaping, a family owned and operated business that specialises in Landscaping, Commercial Garden Maintenance, and Commercial Lawn Mowing. We currently have multiple work sites around the Perth Metro.
Key responsibilities
- Propagation and planting of trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers and bulbs
- Prepare lawn areas by spreading top soil, levelling, compacting and planting turf
- Maintain planted and grassed areas by weeding, trimming, fertilizing, watering, spraying and mowing
- Identify and treat weeds, pests and diseases
- Prune trees and hedges, and install plant support and protection devices
- Grow and maintain indoor plants and conservatory displays
- Liaise with managers,
clients and staff members to develop efficient methods and outcomes
- Maintain equipment, tools and plant in a safe and good condition
About you
- Minimum one year experience in gardening, landscaping and lawn maintenance
- Certificate in Horticulture will be highly regarded
- Hold a current Police Clearance
- Experience with lawn and garden powered equipment
- Able to work alone
- Responsible, reliable, hardworking and conscientious
- Hold a valid C class licence
- Well presented and skilled when dealing with clients
- Previous reticulation experience will be highly regarded
