We are looking for team-orientated Law Graduates to join a our growing team in Adelaide.

About the Roles

As a Law Graduate with Estrin Saul Lawyers, you will assist our experienced lawyers to provide immigration advice and assistance to clients migrating to (or wishing to remain in) Australia.

Our lawyers represent clients in relation to visa applications lodged with the Department of Home Affairs and also with merits review applications before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). We also have a significant immigration litigation practice representing clients seeking judicial review in the Federal Courts.





You will be exposed to a wide variety of immigration law matters and you will receive mentoring and training from the firm's senior practitioners.

Start date The proposed start date for this role is February 2027.

Skills and Experience Required The successful candidate will be highly capable, friendly and adaptable. She or he will also have:

- excellent written, verbal and research skills;

- ability to prioritise workloads and multitask;

- excellent time management skills and a strong ability to manage deadlines;

- cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with CALD clients; and
- a strong willingness to learn and share knowledge of Australia's immigration laws.
