About the Role and Hours
You will work as a generalist solicitor (wills, estates, litigation and conveyancing) with ongoing support from our Principal Solicitor, and a dedicated administration team.
We offer flexible working arrangements of 37.5 hours per week, with the option of adjusted hours to accommodate a four-day work week.

- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A willingness to learn and develop within the team
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
- A collaborative mindset and versatile approach to challenges
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence in meeting with clients
- Recently admitted as a solicitor, with some experience conducting client appointments and drafting legal documents
- Experience in drafting wills is highly regarded but not essential.
