The Senior Central Support Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of centralized business support functions across departments. This position provides high-level administrative, procedural, and operational support, working closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and maintain high standards of compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced administrative and operational support to internal departments and stakeholders.
- Complete administration team tasks daily as needed
- Act as a central point of contact for escalated queries and complex support requests.
- Coordinate and optimize central support workflows, procedures, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and administrative best practices.
- Support the implementation of systems and tools used for administrative operations.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, guidelines and service level agreements
- Track KPI compliance across the team
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation to assist with decision-making.
- Train and mentor junior administrators or support staff as required.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Create streamlined on-boarding and training processes
- Develop and complete quality assurance audits

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, operations support, or central services role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and workflow management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
- Experience working in fast-paced or matrixed environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
