About the Role

As a Communications Services Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting messaging infrastructure, ensuring the seamless delivery of messaging services across secure enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support messaging desktop and server applications
- Manage user accounts and message distribution services
- Perform messaging administration and operational support activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve messaging-related issues
- Provide after-hours support and notifications as required
- Work within a 24/7 rostered shift environment

What You'll Bring

- Current NV2 AGSVA Security Clearance (Mandatory)
- Experience supporting enterprise messaging or communication systems
- Strong user account administration and system support experience




- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a shift-based operations workplace
