We need someone who can own this new stream of work and add value to everything you touch. /n About us/n SpacetoCo is like Airbnb for community spaces. We help councils and hosts list and manage venue bookings across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. /n About you/n We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who knows how to build and also wants to help others build. /n /n If you are currently leading a squad, or have had a taste for leading builds and want to do it more, then we want to hear from you.

This role will start on our existing squad, then move into a Squad Lead position on your own squad. Always building and leading work. /n What You’ll Be Accountable For /n /n

- Delivering Valuable Features: Lead, build, launch, and iterate on secure, fast, and reliable software.

- Code Ownership: Maintain clean, testable code that runs well and is monitored in production.

Help guide intermediate devs and set strong tech standards.

/n /n What You Need/n /n

- 5+ years in product-focused software teams (ideally SaaS).

/n

- Experience leading work from inception to monitoring its success

/n

- Solid hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and MongoDB.

/n

- Robust knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.

/n

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Vue, Nuxt, or React.

/n

- A proven track record of shipping real products you can show us.
