Key Responsibilities

Human-Centred Design

- Proven experience applying human-centred design methods to real-world, complex problems
- Ability to balance customer needs with business and technical constraints

Enterprise and Workflow Design

- Experience designing for complex workflows, enterprise applications, B2B experiences, or operational platforms
- Comfort working with multi-step processes, business rules, and system-driven constraints Systems Thinking
- Ability to understand and design across interconnected journeys, workflows, and underlying systems
- Capacity to see how a single design decision affects the broader operational and technical ecosystem

UX and Prototyping

- Robust craft skills in service design, experience design, wireframing, and prototyping




- Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on evidence

AI-Augmented Design

- Experience using AI-assisted design tools — such as generative wireframing and prototyping features, AI-assisted layout and content variant generation — to accelerate ideation and exploration
- Experience using AI to accelerate research synthesis, including summarising qualitative feedback, identifying patterns across journeys, and surfacing insights faster from research and analytics data
- Prior hands-on experience with AI design or research tools is beneficial, but not mandatory.
