Robson Civil Projects is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Central West, NSW Division. This is a permanent full-time position where you will commence with us on a residential subdivision project in the Dubbo region, with ongoing opportunities across our strong pipeline of work throughout the Central West.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you'll lead site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for driving performance while maintaining Robson's commitment to safety, quality and client satisfaction

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Monitoring progress against construction programs
- Driving safety, environmental and quality outcomes
- Managing site productivity and resource requirements
- Building robust relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and site planning activities
- Supporting and developing site personnel

- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and site planning activities
- Supporting and developing site personnel

About You

- Minimum 10 years' experience in civil construction
- Experience in site supervision or site management roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS, environmental and quality requirements
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (preferred)
- Current Drivers Licence
