We are now seeking an experienced Pricing Coordinator to join our Commercial Team in Ballarat on a permanent, full-time basis , supporting our Victorian operations and fast-growing Queensland business.

About the Role

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day pricing and quotation workload across Victoria and Queensland , with a key focus on general crane hire and precast panel erection .

Working closely with our Lift Engineers, Project Managers, Heavy Lift Supervisors, Operations, Commercial and Business Development teams, you will ensure quotations accurately capture the full scope of work, labour, plant, allowances, mobilisation and delivery requirements.

This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, commercial awareness and quotation turnaround time are critical .

What You'll Be doing

- Prepare accurate and timely crane hire and precast panel erection quotations across Victoria and Queensland

- Review RFQs, drawings and scopes to identify labour, plant, allowances, assumptions and exclusions

- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Management and Business Development to confirm crane selection,



resources and site requirements

- Apply relevant EBA conditions, allowances, overtime, penalties and travel requirements when pricing work

- Manage quotation revisions and maintain accurate quote records

- Support the Commercial Manager on major and complex tenders

- Ensure awarded work is clearly handed over to Operations and Project Management

What You’ll Bring
