BaptistCare is seeking a Care Assessment Coordinator to join the Residential team at Kularoo Centre in Forster. You will coordinate AN-ACC, lead pre-admission assessments, and support residents’ care journeys with the Residential Manager and Funding Consultants to optimise funding outcomes.

The role is permanent part time, located at Forster, NSW, with a focus on delivering high-quality aged care in line with BaptistCare values.
